If accepted as a member of HRExecNet, I agree to the Mission Statement and the Membership Agreement, as printed on the website, including agreeing to:
- Hold the job list as confidential and not distribute it to persons who are not active HRExecNet members. With this agreement, I further recognize that the list is proprietary and confidential information, and any sharing with non-participants or outside organizations would be unfair to the greater membership.
- Not engage in any activities for personal financial interest or gain that would run counter to the mission of the HRExecNet organization or cause harm to other members. This includes not soliciting members without their express permission.
- The membership requirements. I certify that I am looking for a HR executive positions at $80K or higher per year, have held corporate human resources positions for at least 5 years, and have been at the corporate managerial or above level of human resources for the last 3 years.
- Maintain HRExecNet confidentiality. Discussions in meetings or among members are confidential. When approaching companies or search firms, I agree I will not name HRExecNet nor any member as the source of my information without expressed authorization.
I have reviewed the Mission Statement and Membership
Agreement on the HRExecNet website (www.hrexecnet.com) and the portions noted above.
I understand them and I agree to abide by the Membership
Agreement. I understand that to remain an HRExecNet member, I
will be required to abide by any amendment(s) to the
Membership Agreement and that I will be notified of amendments as
they occur. I further
agree to
participate in the operation of the organization by assuming a volunteer position.
