As a member of HRExecNet, I agree to:

1. Share this information about Human Resources openings with other members on a timely basis. I will further assure that this information is posted on a timely basis on the HRExecNet JobsLive Database. (HRExecNet shares information, which goes beyond that on major Internet job boards.)



2. Be a pro-active member by participating in group activities, attending meetings, sharing knowledge, and helping other members. If I miss three consecutive meetings, I understand that I will be dropped from the roster. (Exceptions may be made if members notify their chapter facilitator.) Meetings are generally held twice monthly.



3. Hold the job list as confidential and not distribute it to persons who are not active HRExecNet members. With this agreement, I further recognize that the list is proprietary and confidential information, and any sharing with non-participants or outside organizations would be unfair to the greater membership.



4. Not engage in any activities for personal financial interest or gain that would run counter to the mission of the HRExecNet organization or cause harm to other members. This includes solicitation of members without their direct permission.



5. The membership requirements: I certify that I am looking for positions at $80K or higher per year, have held human resources positions in a corporate environment for at least 5 years, and have been at the corporate managerial or above level of human resources for the last 3 years.



6. Maintain HRExecNet confidentiality: Discussions in meetings or among members are confidential. When approaching companies or search firms, I agree I will not name HRExecNet nor any member as the source of my information without expressed authorization.
